Supporting Teachers’ Wellbeing Through Movement, Play and Reflection
Teaching is emotionally demanding work. Daily pressure, responsibility for others and limited access to preventive support can gradually lead to stress and burnout.

Move and Play the Stress Away (MPSA) is a European project created to support teachers, educators and helping professionals in caring for their mental wellbeing — before stress becomes overwhelming. The project offers practical, low-threshold tools based on movement, play and embodied reflection, designed to fit real educational contexts.
Explore the resources below and choose the path that fits your needs.
Learn at your own pace
The MPSA MOOC is an online course supporting educators’ wellbeing through short modules, practical activities and guided reflection. Reconnect with your body, slow down and explore everyday strategies for stress regulation.

Pause. Reflect. Reconnect.
The MPSA Cards offer short, playful invitations to pause and tune into your body and emotions. Use them individually, with colleagues or in support sessions — no preparation required.
