Process:
1. What do you associate with the word mental hygiene?
Basic categories: example in the wheel above OR
2. Scale each category according to how you feel about it (1= not satisfied at all, 10= everything is absolutely fine)
How satisfied do you feel in the last (month/year) ½ year in each area? Colour
3. How does your balance wheel affect you? Intuitively, what is the first thing that comes to your mind? (Wheel – sharing)
4. Choose one area that you perceive as a problem, long term, that you would like to work on. Look at the value you have assigned to it. From 4 to 5: Try a specific, tangible goal/change e.g. Movement – I’ll go to yoga on Tuesdays and Thursdays
5. Sharing goals : What did you realize during the balance wheel?
